Bad news: A major vulnerability has been disclosed for the technology that powers encryption across the majority of the internet. That includes Tumblr. Our team took immediate action to fix the issue, but you should still take some time to change your password, not only here but on any other sites you visit.
You should also strongly consider enabling two-factor authentication. It’ll go a long way to ensure that no one besides you can access your account. Thanks, and take care.
It’s called the heart-bleed bug. BBC, Google and a serious of other tech companies have known about it for two years. It’s only become apparent recently how much damage it can cause. The password changes apply to anything that you SSL; banks, Facebook, emails, Tumblr.
So often we ponder the meaning of life and there isn’t one. All I have is advice to those who question purpose and existence.
The hardest thing in life you’ll come across is moral judgements and regret. Never leave something for later that can go now. Never leave anything unsaid. Love unconditionally. Forgive as forget.
Most importantly, love yourself. I mean someone has got to.
Smile, for me? Just fake it. Think of elephants in pink bloomers riding unicycles!
